The city of lights, traps and love, I admit. By not having ever visited, I had a sense of idealized Paris that has been overtaken by the feelings I've experienced.
Of all the sensations that gives you Paris, the most striking is confronted with the sight of the Eiffel Tower. I mean really big deal because it is impressive and it seems unreal. Beside the whole city looks like a toy, and at night to stroll along the Champs de Mars becomes more unrealistic if possible.

Eiffel Tower at dusk
Paris is a city that lives in the face of the river, "The Seine" Unlike other cities that clearly living back to their rivers. Most of the monuments and sites are located on both sides of river.
Paris is a monumental city of palaces, museums, neighborhoods and culture. There are many places to visit so we will try to tell our experience. But first we're going with the basics, how to get, how to move, where to stay, and where to eat, to the end of the day are basic needs.
Getting to Paris from Beauvais
To get to Paris by air (which is the most common way to get where parts of far), there are three alternatives in the form of airport: Charles de Gaulle , that of Orly , and Beavuais .
If you land in Beavuais then travel with Ryanair , almost 95% accuracy. Remember that if you travel with this low cost carrier, you have to be very scrupulous with the luggage, pq them are. The rules now apply (except to amend) are: 1 piece of cabin per person, one bag per person to charge a maximum of 15 Kilos, the rest of baggage to pay.
As an anecdote I tell you they are really cheap and punctual, but they make you feel like cattle they carry. The truth is that air transport is changing so much so that it no longer cool to fly with these companies now that are getting larger batteries, but if you're on a budget are a good option.
From Beavuais to Paris by bus is a half hour or so, depends on the traffic at the entrance to Paris. The ticket costs about 26 euros per person round trip. My advice is to saqueis the return ticket, as it has a very high validity in days (you better be sure if you go less than a week or two), and so you avoid wasting time you around. Returning Be careful to be on the bus about 3 hours before flight departure time. Do not confide because the bus leaves at the time and if you lose, it's hard Beavuais reach the airport on time. I read somewhere that some people have missed the bus and had to take a taxi to the airport. Think there an hour and a half away by bus.
Once you arrive in Paris, the bus will leave you beside the congress hall in the square " Porte Maillot ". From there I recommend you take the subway, which you have the same façade of the palace that overlooks the square. Bajeis words, when the bus, you will see the hotel Lafallete, and right glued to this one large building. This is the convention center, access to the subway is next to the entrance. Remember that tickets paris underground are of 2 types in red letters and says "Metro", and yellow letters and says "Metropolitan." I say this because they are so easy to see how london.

Arc de Triomphe
Getting around Paris
My advice is that you shake your meter in Paris, which has an impressive infrastructure, everything is very well signposted, and is very punctual and fast. Some people prefer traipsing the city, but to me it seems somewhat extreme. Please note that the distances are enormous.
Once chosen the metro, I suggest you pilleis a ticket of type " Paris Visite "This pass also gives you discounts on the tickets of some interesting places you have discounts on the plane that will give them to buy the ticket if do not ask.
The ticket " Paris Visite "allows you to walk around the paris metro areas the distributions. My advice is that you pilleis in Zone 1-2 or 1-3. The pass for zones 1-6, is recommended if you're going to go somewhere far away from Paris, not worth it, but it yourselves. To give you an idea, the 1-3 zone pass for five days costs € 28.30 per person, and allows you unlimited access to underground within the area. A single ticket costs € 1.30 make account and see if you compensated. If you want to have an updated reference price page go to paris l meter . Besides this subway ticket may be used for buses and nearby.
Subway safety, I will say that the person who was with me told me that he had always been an incident in the metro. In four days I've been I assure you that I took the subway to move lot of paris, and I have not seen any incident, we have taken in the morning, afternoon, evening (8 Dela afternoon) and to week. Maybe this is because they have increased security in the subway, and sometimes you see groups of 2-3 people on patrol, sometimes even with dogs.

An unexpected surprise, walking along the Champs Elysees
Staying in Paris
While staying in Paris is expensive, you can find accommodation with charming downtown and not "arruinantes" (allow me the expression). We chose the area near the Eiffel Tower, especially next to a street that has a special charm, the street Cler .
There are several hotels around this street: Hotel du Champs de Mars, Hotel Valadon , Hotel Du Cadran. We chose an offer from the Hotel Du Cadran , to 116 euros per night we were in a very nice and completely renovated. A discovery and 2 minutes from the subway entrance.
We agree with that are undertaking reforms in Hotel Du Cadran, particularly in the hotel lobby. We were assured that the works would not bother us, and I must say that was so. It is also true that we got up early and went to bed too late, so most of the time we were outside the hotel. As for the housing regime, we chose only the room, as some hotel there are numerous cafes where they are happy to serve breakfast. One tip, take a look and see the offers in different cafes in the area, in some cases there is difference in price. I recommend the "Cafe Du Mars" for breakfast, because in addition to being right next to the hotel for 4 euros or so, I served an orange juice, cafe con leche, a croissant or toast.

Notre Dame
Dining in Paris
Do not worry if you are very tikis mykiss at lunchtime, the French like to eat, that's obvious so I'll tell the local cuisine is not known worldwide. That is not the subject of this article. If your goal is to eat more or less cheap, you have several possibilities.
Option Bakery - Sandwich. It is usually very common in bakeries sell you snacks ready to go eat on the go. This option is good if you do not want to waste time and is economical. Besides the sandwiches are usually very tasty, they lack the butter, cheese, tomato, and what they want to.
Choice Foods of the world. In Paris people of different cultures live together, so besides the "traditional" American hamburger, you Kebah for all sites, Chinese, Japanese, a little of everything. I was surprised that unlike other cities I've visited London, in Paris on McDonnalds are difficult to see compared to London that you turn the corner and you're three. We notice that France does not win the American fast-food.
Eating in the Latin Quarter
Due to the circumstances of the trip, agreed that we had to stop for lunch in the Latin Quarter of Paris. Being very close to Notre Dame , and full of tourists like you, I recommend you look a little tender, and "paint" the room, because there are many differences between the two sites and others. If you sit down to dinner with drinking and everything will rarely fall below 12 euros per person if you're lucky.
Eat near Galeries Lafayette
Beside the Galeries Lafayette is the boulevard of the Italians, so guess what kind of restaurant you can find. It's amazing the amount of Italian restaurants, at prices of Paris (15-19 euros per person menu). Do the same as in the Latin Quarter, invest a little time to see the prices, there is much difference. Above all the most expensive are those that are ready for tourists, flee from them.
Eat in Montmartre
Unlike the Latin Quarter, and the Galeries Lafayette area in the district of Montmartre, behind the church, and next to the square where the painters, I recommend a restaurant. It's called " Chez Ma Cousin ", and added to the friendliness of its staff joins do that at night cabaret shows, if you heard right. The daily menu goes for about € 10.50 per person, drinks included. Worthwhile.

Montmartre Detail
Dining in the Eiffel Tower area
You will not have trouble finding a good site, if you move away a little of the Eiffel Tower. Building on that we were near the Rue Cler, in this street there are numerous Brasserie. Among the specialties I recommend the oysters, as about 15 € you get a plate full to overflowing at Cafe du Mars. If the same spot where we had breakfast, and take advantage of this nearby.
